KM Support to the Agents for Citizen-driven Transformation (ACT) Programme

Client: British Council / Nigeria (Implementer); European Union (Donor)

Duration: April 2022 to April 2024

Summary: Provided a range of KM-focused support aimed at improving knowledge creation, capture and sharing on the EU-ACT programme:

  • Conducted rapid KM assessment
  • Developed KM strategy and implementation plan
  • Developed dozens of knowledge products (case studies, toolkits, etc.)
  • Strengthened KM capacity of team members and CSO partners
  • Facilitated series of knowledge sharing events (webinars, reflection workshops, knowledge share-fair, closeout event, etc.)

Documentation Support to Edo State Ministry of Education

Summary: Supported the ministry to document the progress, results, challenges, lessons and overall impact of the education reform of Governor Godwin Obaseki’s administration in Edo State
